Business Development Executive

Balanita Pvt Ltd – a leader in digital platforms and software services – is seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the role of Business Development Executive to drive software subscription sales, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities:

🔹 Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across local and international markets.
🔹 Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
🔹 Conduct product demos and software consultations with potential clients.
🔹 Develop proposals and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
🔹 Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and regularly update records.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
🔹 Prepare monthly sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.


Ideal candidate should possess:

🔹 1-2 years of experience in software sales, client relationship management, or business development.
🔹 Professional / Academic qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-first approach.
🔹 Proficient in CRM tools and online meeting platforms.
🔹 Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
🔹 Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
