Balanita Pvt Ltd is offering a 6-month paid internship for enthusiastic undergraduates and recent graduates who want to work on exciting startup initiatives and digital business projects.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of new startup ideas and business models.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify business opportunities and growth strategies.
- Support business development and partnership initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Help grow digital products and online platforms.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and project teams on real business initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Strategic Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct research and think strategically.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
