  • 3-4 years of experience in deskside support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows & Mac troubleshooting.
  • Networking experience, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  • Experience with Windows Server domain administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
