We’re seeking a motivated Associate Application Specialist to join our growing team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In this full-time permanent role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our global users with various applications, including:
- ERP Systems
- CRM Systems
- Booking Systems
- WooCommerce
- Magento
- LMS (Learning Management Systems)
Your Responsibilities:
- Become the Go-To Person: Troubleshoot diverse application issues flagged by users worldwide.
- Documentation Master: Develop clear, concise systems documentation and user manuals.
- Knowledge Sharer: Create release notes and user-friendly troubleshooting guides.
- Salesforce Savvy: Provide targeted support to agents on Salesforce tasks.
- Training Champion: Deliver engaging demos and user training sessions (when required).
- Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with system experts and business users to resolve issues efficiently.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience supporting similar business applications.
- Proven experience troubleshooting ERP, CRM, Booking Systems, WooCommerce, Magento, and LMS.
- Experience demonstrating software and providing user support and training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
