Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to support product and service development
- Create documentation such as user guides, process flows, and reports
- Support client communications and clarify technical solutions
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in documentation tools and MS Office
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and basic tech understanding
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
