Balanita Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Location: Colombo
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
• Build partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Convert leads into paying customers
• Maintain client relationships and sales records
Requirements:
• Degree, CIM, SLIM, or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development, or client relations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel within Colombo for client meetings and demonstrations
• Self-motivated and target-driven
Compensation:
Basic Salary: From Rs. 70,000
Sales Commission:
• 10% on self-generated leads that you successfully close
• 5% on company-provided leads that you successfully close
Quarterly Performance Bonus.
