Do I have to transfer my domain to use Balanita mail?

To use Balanita mail services you just need to change the MX records of your domain from the DNS management panel of your provider. You will then not have to transfer either your domain or your website

Can I add outside email accounts to Balanita Mail?

Yes, Balanita Mails supports connecting all external IMAP email accounts including popular providers such as Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.com. Simply add your email address and password into App Suite and any email sent to those accounts will appear in your App Suite Interface.

Can I migrate my existing email account from another provider?
Yes, we offer a self-service migration tool that is intuitive and easy to use. Migrate from all popular email services including Apple iCloud, Gmail, Outlook.com/Windows Live/Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, GMX, or T-Online, or manually enter your provider's information using IMAP/POP3 or other available preferred protocols.
Can I sync calendar and contacts between Balanita Mails and my mobile device?

Who takes care of the migration of my messages?

Balanita Mail provides customers with a tool to automate the creation and transfer of email accounts. But if you prefer, we can take care of all the necessary steps to switch from your current provider to Balanita mail.

Can I use Balanita mail only for some email accounts in my domain?

A domain indicates to which service email should be delivered by MX records in its DNS. It is not possible to specify different MX records for individual email accounts. Therefore, it is not possible to manage email accounts of a domain on several different providers.
